Well, here you are. You've successfully reached this post and for a very good reason I'm assuming. Welcome to Zero Negative Fitness! Where I will be giving advice and plans on how to reach your goals.

My name is Chelsea. Born and raised in Sweet Home Alabama. Currently, I am working as a Certified Personal Trainer. I teach workout classes and also work individually with clients to help them reach their goals. While these workout plans and fitness tips can be very helpful, one of the most important aspects in reaching your goal, is to have a positive mindset.

Growing up, my father told me, just like his father told him... "if it were easy, everybody would be doing it." And boy, did that one stick!

In the coming days/months, this website will include everything from home workouts, fitness plans, gym workouts to cardio workouts and nutrition tips. One thing that will not be tolerated is negative self talk! If you tell yourself, "I can't do that" or "There's no way I could keep that up" then you are fooling yourself. Not only that...but you are literally giving up on yourself. Before you even start. A lot of people now a days seem to think that these goals and these results are impossible to reach. But, they aren't. You are the only one holding yourself back from being successful.

There's a reason you're reading this. There's a reason you haven't just clicked out of this and moved back to your social media outlet. There is a reason for EVERYTHING. And, there's an ANSWER for everything. Be your reason and be your answer. All you have to do is get up, show up and repeat.
