Why stretch and when?

It is incredibly important to stretch once your muscles are warmed up to prevent pulling or straining a muscle. Stretching also gives us a few minutes to reminisce on the workout we just performed as well as mentally and physically cool our bodies down.

According to the 'American Heart Association' Stretching or flexibility exercise has many benefits.
